Locating your Photos

To locate and view your photos, choose the Online Ordering /View Recent Events Option.  Next choose from the list of events. Some events are listed by date and some are listed in categories (Soccer, Football etc,)

Finally at the bottom of the welcome page there is a link that says"View Photos" Click on this link and it will display all the thumbnails from the event.

Photo Albums:

Making a personal album of your favorites has never been easier. To add photos to an album use your mouse to click on the center button underneath each image.  Once the first image is chosen you must create a login and password. (Don't forget to save this information for later access to the album) After login has been created all of your favorite pictures will be in one place there is no need to go back to the original event with all the thumbnail images.

Viewing albums

Go to online ordering. At the top of the page you will see the words Favorites - Login.  Click on this  link, enter your login and password. this will bring you back to your original album. At this point you can order directly from the images in your album by clicking on the bottom right icon underneath each photo. This will add your images to the CART or you can go back to the thumbnail view and and more images. 

Ordering Images from album.

This is the easiest way to order. Once a photo is placed in the Cart all of the ordering options and prices are displayed. Ordering packages is easy. Click on the drop down menu and you will see a choice of all of your images in the album. Choose one of the photos listed. A small thumbnail will be displayed to identify which photo has been chosen. Continue this process til the package is complete. Next choose a quanity. Finally go to bottom of screen and click add to cart.

Ordering individual items:

1. Choose ordering options

2. Choose Quantity

3. Add to Cart (Bottom of Page)

4. Check out or Continue Shopping

5. Repeat process (if still shopping).

Picture Expiration

Pictures expire from the website after six weeks.  At this time the pictures will no longer be available for viewing or purchase unless you have written down the image numbers (located underneath the image)

All pictures are archived and can be retrieved with image number information. If you don't have the numbers and still wish to purchase there will be a $10.00 Archival/upload fee charged prior to the upload of the images.  This service is also discretionary based on workload.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover .

Checks will be accepted with prior approval. Orders will not be processed til checks are received. When sending a check ; print out the order form, make the check payable to iphoto and forward payment and order to:

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Allow 2 weeks for delivery

Booking a Future Event:

Fill out the a request form located on the home page. Someone from customer service will get back with you in a couple of days.
